Mark Milsome Survey

 

Following the tragic death of Mark Milsome in 2017, the Foundation are launching an anonymous, industry wide survey to help assess the current state of Health and Safety in the Film And TV industry.

It takes minutes to complete but responses could help make changes that prevent injury and save lives. Results will be discussed by the foundation at the Edinburgh Festival this summer.
