Ben Wheeler and Anthony Dod Mantle score BAFTA nominations!

The 2023 British Academy Television Awards were announced today in London and we are delighted to say that society members Ben Wheeler BSC and Anthony Dod Mantle ASC BSC DFF have received nominations for their work on The Tourist and Pistol respectively. 

This is Ben Wheeler BSC's first BAFTA-nomination and follows hot on the heels of his win for Best Cinematography in a Television Drama at the 67th BSC Awards last month. This is Anthony Dod Mantle ASC BSC DFF's fifth BAFTA-nomination, he previously won for his photography of the drama series Wallender and for his Cinematography of Slumdog Millionaire.

The winners will be announced on Sunday 23rd April.
